Ask for help
Ask help from your family, friends, and the like. Let them know that you are currently on a scholarship grant, and you need all the support you can get from them. It does not need to be financial but moral and mental.
By seeking help from people around you, you can get more time to focus on your studies as they will avoid asking you to go out with them or do the household chores.
Your family and closest friends are your strongest support system, take advantage of it.
Take a break
Yes please! Make sure to give yourself a well deserved break. Yes, you need to get high grades, you need to participate in different social and school events to make yourself visible, you need to make yourself stand out, but that should not deprive you of a well deserved break.
Once in a while, go out with your family and friends, go to the beach, do things you love, forget about school and so on.
Taking a break is a perfect opportunity for students to regain their strength and energy.
Do everything in advance
Make sure that everything is done in advance. Submit the requirements of your sponsor, finish your projects, etc., earlier. Stop cramming and make sure that you know how to manage your time properly.
Doing everything in advance is a good way to make sure that things are done exactly as how they should be.
According to Vincent Camarda by considering the above, you can somehow enjoy a less stressful schooling. But of course, expect a bit of stress as that is part of attaining your goals in life.
