Vincent Camarda Scholarship

For Finance Students

Current students of business can apply for the Vincent Camarda Scholarship for Finance Students where $1,000 will be awarded to a single student who is studying on the road to become a finance professional. A short essay is required and the winner will be chosen based off of the content in the essay.

Scholarship Overview

Mr. Camarda has spent many years as a financial advisor and would like a chance to give back to the next generation of business students with his scholarship award.

The Vincent Camarda Scholarship announces our fund for future business students located in the United States, which will provide funding for a deserving student who is studying to enter the field of finance and to create awareness for the issues faced by young students on the journey to a career in finance.

Criteria

In order to apply, the applicant should be a current business student at a university in the United States or high school student that will attend university for a business degree.

We will award our scholarship fund based on an essay competition.  We will select one winner based on a creative essay of under 1000 words answering the following:  

“Explain the importance of finance in todays society and how you think it will change in the next 10 years when you are in your career.”

Amount

One time award of $1,000

Deadline

The deadline to apply for the scholarship is December 15, 2022.

Winner Announced

The winner for the scholarship will be announced January 15, 2023.

Applicant should email their response to the essay question “Explain the importance of finance in todays society and how you think it will change in the next 10 years when you are in your career.” in Word Doc format to [email protected].
